VSC will operate at Camp Joy in Whitewater, WI.

To accommodate the VSC program many renovations and additions are being made to the present facilities.

The term will last 9 weeks: Saturday, June 7, 2008, to Saturday, Aug. 9, 2008.

Students must commit to the entire term. Room and board and tuition will total $5,000 for the entire 9-week term.

VSC is building a scholarship fund to help students on the basis of auditions.

Weekly guest clinicians, either concert musicians or acknowledged specialists in the academic community, will instruct both faculty and students.

Maintains a low student to faculty ratio.

Faculty from BJU or other Fundamental Christian colleges or Christian concert musicians will be recruited to serve as faculty for VSC.

The Camp Joy (where VSC will be hosted) venue and summer camp program offers:

• Housing, meals, recreational facilities and opportunity for joining other activities, such as games, hiking, boating, fishing, swimming etc.
• Sound teaching and preaching from the Word each day.
• Wholesome atmosphere and practice of strong scriptural values.
• Picturesque country resort location by Whitewater Lake.
• Proximity to urban centers, such as Milwaukee, Madison and Chicago:
• puts VSC close to a potentially rich supply of qualified guest clinicians who would have fairly convenient and inexpensive access to the camp.
• gives VSC convenient access to concerts given by major performance organizations in those urban centers.
